The mala is very good quality. I am really pleased. I would just like to point out that the mala is not tied properly above the bindu bead. The thread tends to get loose. Please see to it once

While I am not technically competent enough to assess quality and pricing of Rudrakshas, what I had observed and equally liked & appreciated is the fact that, they took time to explain me about different rudrakshas, always responded with proper answers, ensured delivery was made within scheduled timelines committed by them.
